To preserve the aromas and their best qualities, It is realized a night harvest of a selection of varieties. R18, R20, 115, 777. All the vines are very low yielded. Grapes are rich, well matured. The two yields complete each other thus diminishing the vintage moment.Before maceration a part of the must (10 – 20 %) is taken away (saigne) to concentrate colour and tannins. 10 – 12 days of maceration in stainless steel tank with 10 % whole grape, one delestage (racking the whole liquid for 12 hours). R18, R20, 115, 777. All the vines are very low yielded. Grapes are rich, well matured. The two yields complete each other thus diminishing the vintage moment.Before maceration a part of the must (10 – 20 %) is taken away (saigne) to concentrate colour and tannins. 10 – 12 days of maceration in stainless steel tank with 10 % whole grape, one delestage (racking the whole liquid for 12 hours). Montenegrin grape brandy is made with a combination of two indigenous grape varieties Vranac and Kratošija. Specifics of both varieties come to the fore by aging in inox tanks at least a year. This brandy is colorless, with mildly developed aromas distinctive for Vranac and Kratošija, rounded taste and very drinkable. With a special selection of grapes, processing method and distillate blending, from year to year, this brandy is of high quality.Pairing with food:It is served cooled at a temperature of 9 – 13°C. Unique cuvee of two grape varieties Vranac and Petit Verdot, alluring us for years by their grandeur, was made of the selected harvest, covering less than 1 ha of the vineyard. Our Vranac has expressed all its extravagance at the very aftertaste and Petit Verdot has complemented the power of this cuvee with the selected harvest and full maturity. After fermentation in the oak big barrels, aging in the best French barriques as well as in a bottle, for a certain period of time, this wine, in matt violet colour, offers its subtle, tannin structure, customized to Vranac, following nicely the intense fruitiness, first of the ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry. Spicy notes of licorice have been interwoven in the aftertaste that proves that it is a great wine, wine, while the structure and pleasant acids promise longevity and further evolution in the bottle.
