Chardonnay Alto displays a crystal clear, golden yellow colour with pronounced viscosity. Sophisticated aromas evoke ripe mango, apricot,pollen, honey wax, herbal notes, as well as yellowpetals, chamomile, butter, almond and chestnutflour. A wine of softness and well-integratedalcohols with crisp freshness and minerality thatis well balanced into the structure. A refined, full-bodied wine with an intense taste that deliverssensations gradually. Its aftertaste is lasting andwith noble elegance. For complex warmappetizers based on fish, pork, chicken, fungi andcream sauce. Wine is also very suitable forageing.

Deep amber color, slightly cloudy. At first we find tertiary notes, earth, smoke, wood, dried fruit. Nicely decorated, varied. Dry mouth, high acidity, rather tart, surprisingly light body in terms of fullness of taste. Fully ripe, in full form. Medium length. Very unique, good!After the harvest the maceration took place for 4 days (without temperature control, without added yeasts, without clarifications…) with which we allow that a large amount of substances from the skins go into most. Consequence is a very intensive yellow-orange colour with a small haziness and possible sediment which is a result of non-filtering. During two-year maturation in big oak barrels the wine also did naturally the lactic fermentation (as do all our wines). After the bottling the wine was kept in the cellar for another 3 years, before we estimated that the wine is ready for market.

Intense notes of ripe dark fruit, blueberry marmalade, vanilla, dark chocolate and juniper berries with the pleasant aroma of selected wood. Rich and complex aromas of ripe bilberry, kirsch-soaked cherries, dark chocolate and herbs. A sophisticated note of wood frames a lingering finish supported by velvety tannins.
