The champagne system preserves an unlimited number of opened bottles of sparkling wines and champagnes. Still wines are preserved in the same way as the single system, sparkling wines and champagnes are uniquely preserved by the introduction of a calibrated infusion of carbon dioxide.
Within 2 to 4 seconds Le Verre de Vin creates a precise pressure equilibrium within the bottle, thereby ensuring the natural fizz remains “locked” into the wine.

Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.
