Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine Pinot Noir. Sparkling wine Bjana Blanc De Noir does not have as strong bofy as Cuvee Prestige. Although it is made of Pinot Noir but it is not in pink colour as Brut rose.
According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (3 to 6 g / l of sugar) and is not as very dry as Brut zero, but it is drier than Brut.

Pinot Gris was created from a Pinot Noir by a spontaneous mutation that was discovered in the vineyard of a German merchant called Ruland in the 18th century.Pinot Gris grape skin gains a reddish colour when fully ripe. This in turn may show as a faint bronze tone in the otherwise white juice and wine. The wine itself has a pleasant bouquet in which the mild aromas of flowers and tropical fruit are intertwined.Ripe yellow apple, almonds and citrus, flavours on the nose. Moderate acid, stone fruit character and very elegant on the palate.

We pick the best refosco grapes in the end of September. Maceration is longer as grapes contain more phenols, anthocyanins, minerals and aromatic substances, which are of a key importance for higher quality wines. We process it in a combination of stainless steel and wooden pot, which we use to emphasize the mature character of the wine and maintain the aroma of dark fruits, which is genuine for Teran.
