The deft oak is also wonderfully handled lending depth, mouthfeel and sandalwood notes. Moreover, the overlaying perfume, elegance and freshness makes you crave another sip. Really impressive and very difficult to resist even at this very early stage in its development.

Pale yellow with green undertones. The nose is extremely complex; the scent of flowering hawthorn predominates, followed by fruit; passion pineapple, vine white peach and melon. The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.
