The color is deeper golden yellow. The bouquet is accentuated, clear, clean.Nutmeg notes are intertwined with the scent of roses and very ripe, juicy yellow fruits such as melon and pineapple.In the mouth, the wine is sweet, juicy, with a nice soft texture and nice, vibrant acids that give it verticality. Although it is a rather unusual combination of varieties and none prevails, the duo obviously works beautifully.

The grapes are picked once they are completely mature in order to develop their phenol content to the full. The grapes are normally picked in the second half of August.The grapes are pressed gently in order to optimise the white wine making process.
