Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar
Ageing: In French oak barrels, from the 1900s with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from centuries old casks.
Serving Suggestions: salad, vegetables, sauces and slowed cooked stews.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 98% (Wine Vinegar, Cooked grape Must), Cooked grape Must. Contains Sulphites.
Keep at room temperature, even after opening.
