Legend has it that wine was already valued by Napoleon: his exclamation "Si bon!" Was translated by people into "šipon".With the correct loading of the vine, it gives us wines with a varietal characteristic of green-yellow color. The bouquet is delicate, as befits a rosehip, clear. Reminiscent of ripe pears, apples, beautifully defined, inviting.
