On the palate, it’s pure velvet, showing perfect balance of flavors, delicate aromatic qualities, endless persistence. Excellent with chickpea puree and sautéed octopus with rosemary.

We can smell homemade plum jam, wild cherries, raspberries, vanilla, oak and tobacco. The plum jam aroma is also distinctive in the wine’s taste.
