Lively green colour. Intensively expressed varietal aromas of stone fruits and Mediterranean herbs of rosemary, laurel, and some citrusy notes. The aroma is persistent and by time showing complexity. Very complex and rich.Full bodied wine with taste expression of medicinal plants and tropical fruit. A good balance between freshness, sugar, and structure. The aftertaste is long and wide.Handpicked grapes. Few hours of maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation at temperatures between 13°C and 20°C. Four-month wine maturation in stainless steel tank on the lees.
