Gentle golden yellow color with a youthful bouquet that smells of flowers and yellow fruit. Dry wine with oily texture and mineral connotations. You can feel the purity of flavors and the gentle note of wood, which is expressed in fullness and roundness. Laški Riesling, which expresses the harmony between a full body, alcohol and freshness. A stronger and more pleasant wine with a long aftertaste.The grapes of the Laški Riesling of the blue collection are harvested completely healthy and in full maturity, when they are already partially attacked by noble rot. The grapes come from marl soils from the famous location of St. Anne. It is boiled at lower temperatures to preserve varietal characteristics, after which it matures for about 6 months in steel tanks on fine, healthy lees. The wine is dry, medium-bodied, varied and fuller in taste, with beautiful mature acids.
