Grown on a 1 ha plot in Cemovsko polje and absorbing the best from sunshine and rocks, you may find Merlot with the hallmark of the Montenegrin terroir. Typical for the southern wines, it leaves the impression of fullness, juiciness as well as of soft, velvety tannins. Extracted, mature, creamy with supple acids. Discreet, velvety notes of chocolate and mocca have been interwoven in the impressive aftertaste, completing the potential of this specific variety. This great wine expresses its loftiness thanks mostly to its luxurious, aromatic structure, led by fruity notes of succulent cherry, currant and blueberry as well as maturity, reached in the heart of our cellar.

Straw-yellow wine with greenish hues. A complex bouquet with a predominance of spring flowers and herbs, especially thyme and celery leaves, but also fennel and green pepper and even caper. Citrus notes (limes, tangerines, grapefruit) and evidence of long maturation in wooden barrels (vanilla, bread crust) creep in in the background. Elegant, harmonious, fresh, mineral, slightly spicy, extremely multifaceted with an aftertaste of compotes (rhubarb, pear), lemon zest, baked apples... Its long departure evokes the freshness of the evening breeze on warm summer days.The Orbis Sauvignon is primarily a wine for refined vegetable dishes such as risotto with peas (risi-bisi) or courgette flowers, asparagus in salad or tempura, and plates with a ‘wilderness food’ flavour (autochthonous local herbs). It loves clean flavours, so it goes well with vegetable spaghetti, fish carpaccio, stuffed pasta with cottage cheese and spinach, stuffed courgettes and tomatoes. Its freshness also accompanies pumpkin and seafood dishes very nicely. The ideal serving temperature is 12-14°C.

Medot Extra-Brut Cuvée is a great example of the realised potential of rebula in sparkling wines, which after minimal of five years of sitting on yeast, with all the characteristics of the best champagnes, with its freshness, invites our next sip.Harmonious, balanced and full taste. The elegant acidity blends nicely with the taste of ripe fruit, honey, almonds and citrus fruits in fine bubbles. Everything is nicely rounded off with a long aftertaste of biscuit and bread crust. The departure is long, mineral and lasting.On the nose initially ripe, elegant, with a delicate aroma of honey, brioche and bread crust. Then floral (acacia, blackthorn) and citrus notes (lemon zest, bergamot) predominate, which blend nicely with the mineral notes of marl.
