The characteristic aroma of cherries, blackberries and mulberries gives a characteristic stamp to Merlot from Brda. The wine is ruby red in color, which acquires an amber hue over the years. It has a rich fruity taste with very well coordinated tannins.

Grozdje specljano in v vinski kadi se grozdje macerira odvisno od leta 25 – 45 dni, klasično s potapljanjem klobuka. Preostalo zorenje vina in ležanje poteka v hrastovih sodih 225 L šest mesecev.
