Pullus Sauvignon G is always a selection of only one position. As of 2015, the 2019 vintage is the third in a row to come from the Mahok location. Filling in the G line deserves only vintages that are sufficient for the Pullus G family of wines in terms of their sensory and quality parameters. Colour is bright yellow, which indicates higher ripeness of the grape and ripening in oxidative conditions. Aroma announces an abundance of tropical fruit, nectarine and hay are beautifully expressed, black currant is only a shade, and at the end, the noble notes of oak wood and graphite contribute to the aroma. Taste is pronounced, it fills the whole mouth nicely, and the lively acidity gives the wine a pleasant drinkability. Departure is persistent and wide, supported by a beautifully crafted tannin structure. Wine that already shows a lot at this point and promises even more
when it will mature in the bottle for a while.

It is produced from grapes of both white (Kraljevina, Laski Riesling, Sylvaner, Zlahtnina, Ranfol, Lipna and other less known older varieties) and red vine varieties (Zametna Crnina, Franconian and Portugalka). Processing of different grape varieties can take place separately or together.Light, fresh and pleasant wine for every occasion. A variegated scent reminiscent of ripe raspberries, wild berries and other berries. It is characterized by a lower alcohol level and nice, accentuated acids. The aftertaste is relatively long, which is due to less loaded vines.

The color is a very deep ruby-red. An ample and intriguing nose opens with the fruited notes of blueberry, raspberry, black cherry and plum, followed by the mediterranean contingent: myrtle, rosemary and licorice. The body is dense, full, smooth, with polished tannins. Vigorous yet balanced, this is a striking red that will not fall short of expectations.
