Medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is pronounced, with honey, balsamic notes, smoke, wood, almonds. Dry in the mouth, medium-bodied, with plenty of acidity that elevates the wine. The taste in the mouth is pronounced, most of the aromas come from the vinification title, the primary notes are in the background.

Pavó cabernet sauvignon is a wine with power and body. The colour is deep with shades of rubin red. The aroma of mature plums and dark berries develops into leather and tobacco. The first impression is complex, rich and structured. Elegant wine with soft tannins and pleasantly long aftertaste.

A golden yellow robe. A slightly toasted nose, cream of milk, coffee. Notes of dried flowers and dried fruits. The mouth gives you quite a surprise with its notes of honey, slightly grilled almond and vanilla. A very elegant Granny Smith finish.

The colour of this Malvazija is gentle golden. Gentle on the nose as well, not to dominant. There is plenty of ripe juicy yellow fruits, ripe apricots and hints of tropical fruits. Quite ripe. Dry on the palate, with moderate acidities and medium bodied, even slightly salty. Fruit character on the palate seems to be significantly more diverse than on the nose, showing extra layers of dried Mediterranean herbs and spices. Not too different from 2018 which also excelled on the palate. Although this is our entry level Malvasia Istriana there is plenty of character, varietal typicity and nice range of scents. The finish very pleasant, diminishing slowly.
