Vintage Tunina is bright straw-colored with golden reflections. The nose is intense, wide, very elegant and persistent with scents of honey and country flowers. Carolina Bela is produced from Chardonnay (60%), Rebula (35%), Pikolita (5%) in the Goriška Brda wine-growing region, which is characterized by hilly relief and a mild sub-Mediterranean climate. Manual harvesting takes place in the second half of September and early October. The chilled grapes are macerated for 48 hours, then the grapes are squeezed at low pressures. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. After one year, the wines are poured and combined.The color is a gentle golden yellow.
