The yellow colour with gold fragrances indicates that the wine was matured in the finest wooden barrels. The aroma confirms the contact between wine and barrels. The bouquet is very delicate, elegant and expressive, from yeast to vanilla, caramel and well integrated oak notes. Acidity and tannins are nicely balanced and contribute to its character. The chardonnay character is dominant, and fits nicely with Malvasia, which makes the wine wider and more elegant. Persistent and elegant wine, mature and youthful at the same time, with multi-layer aroma and exceptionally long aftertaste.

Pale yellow with green undertones. The nose is extremely complex; the scent of flowering hawthorn predominates, followed by fruit; passion pineapple, vine white peach and melon. The smell of real Istrian Malvasia. We can also smell the sweet smell of vanilla.In the mouth it is nicely rounded, of medium body. Pleasant fresh, fruity and crunchy. The aftertaste remains the taste of mandarins, melons, grapefruits and lemons with a hint of caramel. The wine is extremely mineral.

Distilled in a Coffey still normally used for grain whisky production, the malt is delightfully fruity and spicy.Nose: Fresh and clean, with aromas of candied lemon peel and rich cake spices.Palate: Robust and spicy, quite a dense mouthfeel and richly textured, with cinnamon and clove on the palate, and citrus-tinged freshness to lighten the load.Finish: Harmonious blend of dense spices, rich oak, and lemon and orange notes.
