A wine of dark ruby red, almost black colour. The Amfora bottle is a designer masterpiece that showcases our best-selling wines. Hand harvested grapes from the best sections of the vineyards are processed and aged in oak barrels and the clay amphorae recessed into the cellar floor. Contact with the skin is long and the wine has time to enrich itself with all the goodness of the grape and to develop a blossom which indicates full maturity. These are wines for formal occasions, special dishes, and sophisticated company.
Intense ruby with soft brick-red edge. Rich and complex, reminiscent of dried plums, kirsch-soaked cherries, undergrowth, soot, liquorice, white pepper, leather and herbs.Rich, structured and ripe. A wine of intensity and pleasant, lasting persistence in which the perceptions of fruit, herbs and sweet spices are repeated, which only emphasize its elegant character. The wine is ruby red with aromas of ripe cherries, plums and a touch of spices. In the mouth it is fruity, pleasantly balanced with delightful long aftertaste.

Four years of sitting on yeast, it is the youngest sparkling wine of the Medot Homestead, but already shows the character and characteristics of serious champagnes.The tiny and subtle bubbles are vibrant and energetic. Yellow-green and gold - the intertwining of freshness and ripeness is noticeable at first sight. Pastries and white fruits, citrus fruits, and a full and harmonious minerality can be detected, ending in a convincing and long finish. The wine nose is fresh, fruity, mineral. The predominant note is ripe Golden Delicious, overlaid with the scent of white peach and almond blossom. In the background, we notice the gentle autolytic notes of four years of sitting on the yeast.
Vino nežne rožnate barve, značilne za sodoben stil rose vin. Poudarjena sadna aroma, kjer se prepletajo note jagode, rdeče grenivke, češnje in granatnega jabolka. Okus je srednje poln in sočen. Sadne zaznave se prepletajo s skoraj neopaznimi notami lesa, ki prispevajo predvsem mineralen karakter. Zaton je gladek s prijetno koncentracijo.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a full-bodied wine that is wonderfully floral and aromatic yet has a rich texture that is not too intense. The wine offers delicate flavours of gooseberry, citrus, white currant, cut grass and a hint of spice. Excellent with grilled white meat and vegetables with fresh herbs, flavourful fish and mildly spiced dishes.

A delicate, mineral wine with just the right balance of freshness and smoothness.Hand harvest of biodynamic cultivated grapes. Short maceration of crushed grapes, pressing and must decantation. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast present on the grapes. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Six months maturation of the wine on the lees in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Bottling without filtration according to biodynamic calendar with minimal sulphur addition.
The color is youthful, pale lemon. The bouquet shows signs of ripeness, ripe apple, honey, dried flowers are beautifully intertwined. In the mouth, the sparkling wine is very dry, with nice acids and a soft texture of fine bubbles.
