Vinification
Pressing at a low pressure, fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After 18 months, filled into the bottles, where the secondary fermentation takes place.
Food pairing
This sparkling can be served as an aperitif, while it can also complement some appetizers and main dishes, especially if we play with the spices.

Extremely dry sparkling wine of grape varieties (pinela, žametna črnina and pinot noir) from all three Slovenian wine-growing regions. It is a medium deep orange color. The bubbles are medium-sized, frequent, the foaming is pleasing to the eye. The flower is expressed, matured, but we still find plenty of fruit notes, especially very ripe strawberries, in the background there are pleasant yeast notes and notes of dried fruits, especially pears and apples. Very dry in the mouth, the foaming is pleasant, notes of dry pears and dry apples predominate, acids are at a high level. The wine is rich, full, the yeasty notes in the mouth come out beautifully. The color is a gentle golden yellow, the bubbles are smaller. The bouquet is reminiscent of white flowers, honey, firn, yeast notes. It is very dry in the mouth, the acids are more abundant, but nicely ripe, the taste in the mouth is moderately pronounced, quite varied.Classical method of production. Maturation 9 years on yeast.
