General terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the kozelj.si online store have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for online and electronic business.
The General Terms and Conditions regulate the operation of the kozelj.si online store managed by Koželj d.o.o., Moste 54, 1218 Komenda (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”), the rights and obligations of the provider and of the visitors of the kozelj.si website as well as the users who make a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “customer(s)”).

8. Withdrawal from purchase, refund
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to inform the provider within 15 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the order. The customer can return the goods on the basis of a notice of withdrawal to the e-mail address reklamacije@kozelj.si.
The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 30 days after the submission of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The returned goods must be returned by the customer undamaged, originally packaged and in the same quantity to Koželj d.o.o. at the address Moste 54, 1218 Komenda. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.
If you withdraw from the order, we will refund all payments made after receiving the goods and checking that the goods are undamaged and in the same quantity. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and the return of goods.
When returning the goods, the customer must enclose the invoice for the goods, his personal details and the transaction account to which the purchase price will be returned.
9. Rejection of order
The online store reserves the right to reject an order which it cannot execute under the stated conditions and according to the information at its disposal.
10. Complaints
We strive to satisfy our customers, so in the event that you receive goods that do not meet your wishes or needs, we will exchange them or refund your money at your request.
Undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging can be returned to us within 15 days of purchase to the address: Koželj d.o.o., Moste 54, 1218 Komenda, and we will refund the purchase price. The return option does not apply if the original packaging was opened or the goods were used.
In the event that the package in which the customer receives the ordered goods is physically damaged or it is missing part of the order or it shows signs of opening, the customer must report the complaint to reklamacije@kozelj.si. Together with our contractual partner, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
11. Security of the online store
The provider has put in place appropriate technological means and security and protection systems that provide adequate protection against loss or misuse of data.
12. Data protection

Koželj d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. All data obtained through the website www.kozelj.si will be used exclusively for the purposes of order fulfilment and delivery, as well as sending offers, information materials, invoices and other documentation. The user’s data will not be passed on to third parties.
We need your data for a smooth order execution process and eventual order notifications.
In order to make a purchase in the kozelj.si online store, we need the following information:

The online store system can automatically collect some other information about your computer’s hardware and software, such as IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and addresses of websites you have visited in our online store. 13. Comunication
The user can subscribe to receive an email newsletter and also unsubscribe from receiving it in an easy way. The newsletter includes information on current and future offers, promotions and other advertising messages. A personal consent is required to receive the newsletter, and its receipt is not possible unless the user opts for it during registration or otherwise signs up to receive it.
14. Complaints and disputes
The provider strives to establish an effective system for handling complaints and resolving potential disputes. The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The user (customer) can submit a complaint to the e-mail address info@kozelj.si. The complaint handling process is confidential. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction over the disputes.
The online store reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
