Vinification
After destemming and crushing, grapes undergo maceration at a temperature of 25°C for 4 days. When the wine reaches the desired alcohol content, fermentation is terminated by cooling and filtration.

The blend of Collection 243 is mainly based on Chardonnay, which is marvelous for the 2018 harvest. The nose unveils sugared and riped fruits aromas together with woody notes. The palate is generous, voluptuous and juicy, and offers a very fresh final.As cuvée Collection 243 is extremely fine and fresh, it is perfect for the aperitif. Moreover, its richness matches delicate dishes such as fishes and seashells.
