Posavje
For many years, Posavje (Lower Sava Valley) has been perceived as a producer of lighter white and red wines, although both international varieties and local specialities are planted in the region. In the foreground is the cviček wine, which has a special place in the wine law. In the Posavje region, vineyards are planted on steep slopes, where the vines grow in marls and sandstones, as well as on older rocks such as dolomites.
